Mac Danzig

I first began full time training in mixed martial arts in 2000 and continue this practice today.   During this time, I've traveled all over the Earth, fighting professionally, coaching and teaching.

After competing against the best fighters in the world, at the highest level in the sport and accumulating 45 total fights in both professional and amateur MMA, I've finally devoted my time to making teaching my profession.

I enjoy creating a positive learning environment and watching my students succeed in being the best martial artists they can be.  To me, teaching martial arts is much more than just working out hard and going over techniques.  The strategy and psychology of combat is just as important as the physical side.
